chilled #12

my brother's just posin (learn to smile!!!)...summers day outside the and the boyo...flower

in such a happy mood because the sun has most definitely got his hat on! it's bank holiday weekend, and i hope the sun stays out to play some more so we can all keep wearing shorts and t shirts!

on friday i ventured back home with joe to see my familia and also go to the traditional beer and sausage festival that's on in my village. it's the one time of year where my village is absolutely rammed full of people - i've never seen so many cars! it was really cool to come home and see everyone again, it felt like my whole school was there and it was nice to catch up with everyone i don't see when i'm away at uni. also saw loads of old faces which were crazy blasts from the pasts.

this week, aside from that, i handed in my 10,000 sociolinguistics project with my group! but i still have coursework, a presentation and 4 exams to do. ridiculous amount of work. but there's a silver lining, as 2 days after i finish uni i go on holidayyyyy :):):). i haven't been on a plane in about 6 years and literally can't wait to just chill in the sun and get a tan!

so just a quick one today :) hope you are all having lovely weekends! xo
